If a prospective buyer has shown interest in your profile, they appear among your suggestions and are clearly marked as interested. So you see who took the first step.
Whether that turns into contact is your decision. Nothing happens automatically, and you're never under pressure.
How to handle interest

Recognize interest
Tap „Matching“ at the bottom left. If someone has shown interest in you, their profile appears with a golden star note that the person is interested in your profile.

Look at it calmly
Look at the key facts of the profile and consider whether it fits your company and your expectations.

Decide
Tap the green button if you're interested too. Then a match happens right away and a confidential chat opens. If it doesn't fit, tap the red button and move on.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an inbox with all prospects?
No. Prospects appear directly among your suggestions under „Matching“ and are marked there with the golden star. That way you see them in the normal flow, without having to go through a separate list.
Do I have to respond to every interest?
No. You decide freely who you want to talk to. No obligation arises.
Do I see who the person is?
Before a match, the other side stays anonymous. You see the headline and the key facts, but no name. More on this under How matching works.
How does a match happen at all?
A match only happens when both sides show interest. Only then does the chat open.
