Your own
matching solution
under your brand
We are the software company behind the BIZZqui app. With the same technology, we build and run matching solutions for companies that want to bring two sides together confidentially. As your own app or as a web application in the browser, or both connected, just like BIZZqui.
What companies expect from their software today
Anyone handling confidential mandates and contacts wants to know where they are stored and who controls them.
Ownership of your data
Your firm decides who sees what and where data goes.
Control in your own system
The solution carries your name and follows your rules.
Independence
Mandates and contacts run through your own system, not a third-party platform.
Stable costs
Fixed terms for the contract period, no fee per mandate and no success fee.
Fits your own processes
The software adapts to the processes in your firm.
What we build your solution for
Each side describes once what it offers or seeks. Your solution compares the details and recognises matches automatically, with no one searching lists or setting filters. Confidentially and by your rules. You decide who sees what and when contact is made.
We handle development and operation. If it is to be an app, we also take care of the entire Apple and Google review process, so you can focus on your business.
You decide how open your solution is
Your solution can be reserved for your own offices and partners, so nothing leaves your firm. You can grant access to selected outsiders, such as business partners who sign in with a personal code. Or it can be open to everyone interested, under your brand. If your processes need something else, we build it accordingly.
Connects what you already use.
Right where you already work.
Nobody in your firm is waiting for another program. So your solution asks for no new habit. Sign-in uses the Microsoft or Google account that is open every morning anyway. When a matching counterpart appears, the responsible person hears about it where they already look: by email from your sender, as a notification on their phone or in the Teams channel the team already uses.
An agreed first meeting arrives as an invitation and sits in Outlook, Google or Apple Calendar alongside all other appointments. Externally, the solution appears under your address and in your corporate design, in the browser and as an app on the App Store and Google Play. Where your CRM or specialist software offers an interface, the solution can connect to it. We decide together which connections suit you and add value.
From our own practice
With BIZZqui, we run our own matching app for the succession of small, owner-managed businesses, on the App Store and Google Play since July 2026. It includes a web portal where advisors list their mandates and which works with the app in the background.
The technology is in daily use, and so is the route through store approval: sign-in, matching, notifications, data protection and the processes with Apple and Google are proven. Your solution is built on this, without starting from scratch.

Take a consultancy with offices in Stuttgart and Hamburg. In Stuttgart, it holds the mandate of an owner who wants to sell his engineering business. In Hamburg, a colleague knows a buyer looking for exactly such a business. Both work for the same firm and still never hear of each other, because each office keeps its mandates and contacts to itself.
Your own matching solution shows both that there is a suitable counterpart. Names and contact details stay with each office until both sides want to connect. This matters even more for law firm groups, because client data is subject to professional secrecy and may not simply be passed between offices.
From the first conversation to live operation. You bring your firm and your rules, we bring the technology and experience from our own product.
Every solution is built for your company, so there is no off-the-shelf price. But it is always structured the same way, in three parts.
After the first meeting, we set out what this means for you in a binding quote.
One-off · the foundation
Setup
Concept, design in your corporate identity, development and store launch. Paid in stages, by milestone.
Monthly · the ground floor
Operation
Fixed base fee from launch: hosting, maintenance, operation and support.
Monthly · the upper floors
Licences
By active users, tiered by role and number. Your solution grows with you, floor by floor.
When a law firm, tax adviser, auditor or fiduciary engages a service provider, that provider becomes a contributing person under § 203 StGB. We know this role and accept it: we sign the confidentiality undertaking under § 203 StGB, § 43e BRAO, § 62a StBerG and § 50a WPO before we receive access. The same applies to Swiss law and audit firms under Art. 321 StGB, and for lawyers also under Art. 13 BGFA.
