2. Scope
This privacy policy applies to the website www.bizzqui.com. Separate privacy policies apply to the BIZZqui app and the advisor portal.
This privacy policy is addressed to users in Switzerland and the EU/EEA. Where provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are applicable, the corresponding legal bases are stated in addition to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
3. Data We Process
3.1 Server Log Data When Visiting the Website
When visiting our website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data transmitted by your browser. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the page accessed, date and time of access, and the referring URL. This data is stored in server log files and serves the technical provision and security of the website. This data is not combined with other data sources.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in the technical provision and security of the website (Art. 31 para. 1 FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
3.2 Web Analytics with Plausible Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia) to analyse the use of our website. Plausible operates without cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not collect personal data. Only aggregated, anonymous usage data is recorded (e.g. page views, time spent on site, country of origin). The data is hosted on Hetzner servers in Germany.
As no personal data is processed, no consent banner is required.
3.3 Contact via Email
Our website contains an email link (service@bizzqui.com and datenschutz@bizzqui.com). If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message content) to handle your enquiry. Processing is carried out via Microsoft 365.
Legal basis: Implementation of pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 31 para. 1 FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR).
4. Cookies and Tracking
With your consent, this website uses the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It enables us to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertisements and to show you relevant ads (remarketing). In doing so, cookies are set and data is transmitted to Meta, including when you click the button to download our app.
The recipient of the data is Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. A transfer to the USA to Meta Platforms Inc. may take place; this is based on Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 31 para. 1 FADP and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.
5. Hosting and Processors
Framer B.V. – Website hosting (CDN via AWS). Processes server log data (IP address, browser type, timestamp). Server location: AWS, globally distributed (EU/USA). Basis: Data processing agreement.
Plausible Insights OÜ – Web analytics (cookieless). Does not collect personal data. Server location: Hetzner, Germany. No data processing agreement required.
Microsoft Corporation – Email processing (Microsoft 365). Processes email content, name and email address, exclusively upon contact initiated by the user. Server location: EU/USA. Basis: Standard Contractual Clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. International Data Transfers
Your data is primarily processed in Switzerland and the EU/EEA. Where providers process data in the USA (Framer via AWS, Microsoft), this is done on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Switzerland recognises EU/EEA member states as countries with an adequate level of data protection.
7. Retention Period
Server log data is stored by Framer in accordance with their retention policies and deleted upon expiry of the technically necessary period. Emails you send to us are retained for as long as is required to process your enquiry and are subsequently deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
Right of access (Art. 25 FADP / Art. 15 GDPR), right to rectification (Art. 32 FADP / Art. 16 GDPR), right to erasure (Art. 32 FADP / Art. 17 GDPR), right to data disclosure or data portability (Art. 28 FADP / Art. 20 GDPR) and, where the GDPR is applicable, right to object (Art. 21 GDPR).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, in particular encryption during transmission (TLS), access restrictions and regular review of our security measures.
