Discretion is at the heart of BIZZqui. Until a match, your identity stays protected: others only see your headline and the key facts, never your name. Only in the chat do you share what you want.
Here you'll find the exact way to delete your account, and how to change the app's language.
How to delete your account

Open the menu
After starting the app, you're in the matching area. At the bottom you see "Matching", "Chats" and "Profile". Now tap "Profile".

Tap „Edit“
Below your profile picture you'll find the yellow „Edit“ button. Tap it.

Open „Basic data“
Tap „Basic data“. A window with your details opens.

Scroll down
Scroll all the way down in this window. There you'll find the red „Permanently delete account“ button. Tap it.

Confirm
The question „Do you really want to permanently delete your account?“ appears, with a note that this can't be undone. To confirm, tap „Permanently delete account“ again. If you don't want to delete after all, tap „Cancel“.
Frequently asked questions
What is removed when deleting?
Everything: your profile, your matches and your chats are deleted completely. After that you no longer exist in the app.
Can I undo the deletion?
No. The deletion is final. If you only want a break instead of deleting everything, use the pause function instead. How that works is under Edit your profile.
How do I change the language?
In your menu, tap „Change language“ (with the globe symbol). Then choose your language: Deutsch, English, Français, Italiano or Русский. The app switches immediately.
What if the deletion doesn't work?
If something should ever not work, write to us at support@bizzqui.com. We'll take care of it.
Who sees my personal data?
Before a match, no one. Others only see your headline and the key facts. After a match, only your first name becomes visible. All other data, like your last name or your email address, stays confidential.
